Good Shape
Can I exercise, lift weights and be in excellent shape lacking feeling sick and weak?

Is it really de rigueur to feel exhausted and soreness in the coming days a workout? Is there a way to stay in shape lacking getting sick on a regular basis? What causes pain muscles and joints and chronic fatigue? Is it an occasional pain and fatigue resulting fitness inevitable?

Yes, very possible! You do something incorrect. I do not know if you are new to the use of an exercise program, but it is not normal to be very painful. Muscle pain is when the overworked muscles and instead of breaking aerobic (With oxygen), which carry oxygen and must operate anaerobically. There is a price to pay! lacking oxygen, your body produces lactic acid that eats muscles! deteriorating its MUCL and make you feel terrible the next day. The muscle has small cuts and punctures all over the place where the acid touched. You probably is effective very hard. Try lifting weights light exercise which is supposed to give you energy, not take away from you. If your relationship a few weeks of starting, it is normal. But once in a routine, you should feel more energetic. Excellent luck!
